Elder Whitney is home...

So the day is finally here. After 2 years of serving a mission in Monterrey Mexico Elder Whitney is home. We got to the airport and found out that Scott plane was 1 1/2 hours late. With 6 kids there we did a lot of riding up and down the elevator to pass the time. Finally it was time and we were so excited. When we got over to the escalator there were two different places he could get off. So all of us ran back and forth. I think the people getting off the plane thought we were all weird.

Just a few seconds later Scott comes down the escalator, it was all over. Everyone just started crying. Poor Scott the only thing that came out of his mouth was Spanish. None of us could understand him.

When Scott got home we gave him a birthday party.

Scottie is finally out of his Missionary clothes. I think he had a really hard time with that.

We are so proud of Scott for taking the time to serve the lord. I know that many great things are to come his way. WE ALL LOVE YOU....
